Get a glimpse of what food scientists' jobs are like in the working world.
Besides "Food Scientist" use search terms such as "Food Engineer" "Food Technologist" and "Food Chemist" to find occupations in the food industry as well.
Remember to use search terms other than "Food Science" such as "Food Chemistry" "Food industry and trade" "Food Additives" "Food Labeling" "Snack Food Industry" etc.
Take a look at some of these Food & Science Lecture series 2012 from Harvard; there are also broadcasts for 2011 and 2010 available on YouTube.
